How to Rebook or Cancel Cebu Pacific Flights

Due to recent weather conditions in our country, I have not gone out for about 3 months now. Yeah, I know, it’s really depressing for someone who’s used to go on a trip almost every week (and I’m afraid I’m getting sick).. Hmmm… but with that span of time, I learned that I am afraid of rain; yes, I PANIC every time it rains. But who would want to encounter a typhoon, cyclone, or an earthquake on top of a mountain or in a deserted island, right?

Sadness, my dream of having my own version of non-stop travel adventures for this year is no success. I have been cancelling flights and numerous trips since June… Haaist… Hope the weather will become better anytime soon – I miss the mountains, the sea breeze, that awesome experience when you get to know some locals. Please weather, please weather be good.

Anyway, here’s how to rebook or cancel your Cebu Pacific flights, hope it helps.

There are 2 ways to cancel or rebook your Cebu Pacific flights – online and over the phone.

via Online
Go to Cebu Pacific’s official website – At homepage, click the link, “Manage Booking” or “Change/Cancel Booking”. You will be routed to a new window where you need to type in some of your flight details (e.g. confirmation number, credit card number, email address, departure and arrival date, origin and destination, name, guests, etc.)

Contact Cebu Pacific’s Call Center at (02) 7020888 or (02) 2308888. Listen to the recording, and press option 3. Be ready with your flight details so once you get a representative, it will be easier for the both of you to discuss the matter. IMPORTANT: Rebooking, Re-routing, cancellation, and payment of the applicable fees should be settled and done at least 4 hours before the flight.

If you opt to rebook a flight, there is a re-booking fee of Php800(for domestic flights) and Php1800(for international flights). Fare difference should also be paid if the cost of the desired new flight is higher.

For flight cancellation, a cancellation fee of Php900(for domestic flights) applies. You may also ask for a refund (applicable fees will be deducted from the total cost of the ticket). However, if the flight is cancelled due to weather, you can rebook the flight with FREE of any charges if and only if the the new travel date chosen is within 30 days. If you wish to re-route the flight and use it within a 90-day-period, a fee of Php900.00 applies.

If in case, you already cancelled the flight in your own initiative due to weather reasons, personal reasons, etc. and the flight was cancelled when a weather advisory has been announced just before the flight, you are no longer eligible for the refund and/or the free flight re-booking.

    Is there also charges if you will rebook your flight due to government decisions like the issue on Boracay, news said that it will be closed from July to October for the reconstruction of the island but we already have booked the flight since Nov 2017. Do someone know what's the protocol of Cebupac for this kind of scenario. At the first place we didn't want to cancel or rebook our flight but if our gov't officials already decide implement that wala na ata kaming magagawa 🙁 🙁 🙁

    nag pa book po ako ng ticket for august 2, 2018 and august 3, 2018 pero dumating na yong kapalit ko dito sa work ko so need ko mag rebook ng ticket ko to july 25, 2018 and july 26, 2018. pag tanong ko magkano ang rebook sa ticketing agency kung saan nag book yong pinsan ko almost 14 thousand daw ang bayad. bakit ganon kalaki po? ma rerebook ko pa ba ang ticket ko.?

Hi po ask ko lang po kasi ung ticket ko s dec.21 ang flight ko gusto ko po sanang e move sa jan.15 ung flight ko, kaya pumunta po.ako sa airport para ipaayos ung ticket ko, sabi po ng nag assist sakin bumalik nlng po daw ako sa dec.30 para po e rebook ung ticket ko. Kelan po ba talaga dapat magpa rebook ng ticket dba po bago sa flight dapat ipa rebook, bakit ko ang suggest sakin eh lampas na po sa flight date. Salamat po.

  4. Na try ko na po mag rebook online kaso nga lang po ang lumalabas sa date na napili ko na po ay “authorization private faires not allowed” ano po ba ibig sabihin nun? Hindi ko po ba pwedi e pa rebook ng ganun na date?

    Mag pacancel po ako ng flight ko this coming january 7,2019Sa dahilan nasunogan po kami sa aming probnsya at andoon ang pamilya ko para po makatulong pwede po bang marefund ang back and fort ticket fare ko?

  6. Ngrequest po ako ng refund at tumawag sa customer service. Ang sabi hintayin ko lang daw po email nla pero wala pa din pong email or any feedback if nacancell or mapupunta sa travel fund yung byad ko po. Please help.

  7. May 7 po kc dapat yung ticket na ibubook ko kaso nabook ng May 27. Paano pa po ba gagawin para makapagrebook or cancel ng flight? Nagawa kona po lahat. Nakapag email na ako sa customer care, sinubukan ko nadin pumunta sa manage booking kaso nag eerror, sinubukan ko na din tumawag sa hotline pero wala naman akong makausap na agent/employee. March 10 pa po ako nag-email kaso hanggang ngaun wala padin reply. I assume yung request ko within 24hours ng purchase ko kaya wala dapat maging penalty dba?

  8. Ask ko lang po. Pwede po ba e replace sa name ng kapatid ko yung ticket ko? Kasi po nag iba po ng sched graduation namin may 17 po kasi sana graduation namin then may 18 flight ko na kaso na moved po ng may 23 yung graduation namin kaya hindi nako matutuloy. So instead po na masayang lang yung ticket eh gusto po sana e pareplace sa name ng kapatid ko ang ticket ko. Possible po ba yon?
