Calaguas Island Travel Guide Series: What To Bring

with 5 Comments

My most favorite beach in the Philippines – Mahabang Buhangin, Calaguas Group of Islands

At this time, I bet you’ve heard about the incomparable beauty of Calaguas Island – that hidden paradise in Camarines Norte. Planning for a visit anytime soon? This cheap travel guide series might help.

WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR CALAGUAS TRIP
– Clothing & Footwear
light clothes, swimming attire, slippers and/or sandals, extra pair of clothes
– Tent and Sleeping Bag
– Source of Lighting
flashlight
– Lotion
sunblock lotion, insect repellant
– Food and Drinks
– Ziplocks/Drybag
– Toiletries
wet tissues, shampoo, conditioner, soap

OPTIONAL:
– Hammock
Well, it’s optional but I think I don’t have to explain why I highly suggest for your group to bring one.

Perfect beach life!

    Hi Jenny,

I wanted to go to Balesin Island but got lost and landed in Cagbalete Island instead. Balesin Island is now a private island right?

    @ kwentuhan,

Now, Balesin is a private island. But I think way back in 2010, it wasnt yet. Swerte yung mga nakapunta dun dati pa.

Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
